GCI Group Welcomes Stephanie Engel, Senior Vice President, Consumer & Lifestyle

TORONTO, February 23, 2016 – Leading Canadian public relations and engagement firm, GCI Group (GCI), is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie Engel as Senior Vice President of its Consumer & Lifestyle practice.

Stephanie has a career steeped in agency, and most recently spent five years as the Vice President of the consumer practice at APEX Public Relations. Her experience is wide and varied and includes retail, food, beverage and nutrition, health and wellness, fashion and beauty, and professional services.

From 2014-2015, Stephanie completed a one-year term as President of IABC/Toronto, the GTA-based chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, the largest chapter worldwide. Efforts focused on providing member value through professional development, networking, mentoring and volunteerism. In her role, Stephanie also represented the chapter on a local and international level. She is also accredited from the same organization.
