For the fourth consecutive year GCI was one of the sponsors of The Walrus Health Leadership Dinner on November 17. Each year, the Walrus Foundation assembles sector leaders for an intimate dinner where they discuss the present and future of their industries. These Leadership Dinners are a chance for Canada’s top CEOs, government ministers, high-level executives, analysts, academics and pundits to gather and take part in conversations that shape the policy decisions of tomorrow. This year’s topic for the Health dinner was “Customer Service: Does the System Serve the Customers? Empowering patients, doctors, institutions and more”.
This year’s dinner featured remarks by David Naylor, Chair, Health Canada’s Advisory Panel on Healthcare Innovation; Canadian Cancer Survivor Network”s Louise Binder and GCI President Marion MacKenzie. GCI is proud to be part of this important conversation.
