Anne’s Negroni Sbagliato

There’s no coffee in Account Director Anne Coffey’s holiday drink of choice, the Negroni Sbagliato. It’s a twist on the traditional Negroni, using prosecco instead of gin. “I love this cocktail for its bitterness mixed with sweet bubbles,” says Anne, “while its name—sbagliato means ‘mistaken’—reminds us that the holidays don’t need to be perfect. Just make sure to embrace them with a cocktail in hand!”

Larissa’s Turkey Meatballs on Greens

If you need a recipe that plays different roles, look no further than this yummy meatball recipe that Account Coordinator Larissa Pencak adores. “What’s beautiful about this recipe is that it makes a great appetizer or a great main course,” Larissa says, “and it offers dairy, meat, and vegetables all in one plate. Delicious!”

Kristy’s Cherry Surprises

The cherry on top to our holiday recipe roundup is of course, a dessert. General Manager Kristy Derkson is sharing her family recipe for Cherry Surprises. “These are a holiday staple in our household,” says Kristy, and they’re sure to be a big hit with all family members! 

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup icing sugar
2 TBSP butter
5 oz semi sweet chocolate
12 oz maraschino cherries, well drained

Mix and chill. Roll into balls around cherries. Chill. Melt chocolate and roll balls in chocolate mixture. Store in fridge. Enjoy!
